Great place to take classes and develop a healthy body and mind. Classes are flexible and the teachers really care about the people who attend them. They are incredibly dedicated, supportive and flexible. There is a great sense of community and support at the Mind-Body Centre that doesn’t compare to other places.

The karate training at Vancouver Mind-Body is fantastic. My 12-year-old son has been training with Sensei Kyle for 6 years. Kyle’s approach is patient, inclusive and focused on teaching lessons that extend beyond the dojo, while being really fun and engaging. The small group sizes are also a bonus.

I’ve been to several of Kyle’s classes so far, and every time is a blast. I’ve trained several martial arts in the past, and I really enjoy the approach here, keeping traditional values, techniques and style, but still being open to new interpretations and methods. I really like that what is taught is also tested through sparring, both striking and grappling.

All of the staff are kind and motivating. The HIIT and fitness kickboxing classes are fun, easy to fit in and I’m getting fantastic results. It’s great for people of all levels. As someone new to gym culture I’ve found this one to be very welcoming and I look forward to going.

Unlike any other fitness centre I’ve joined, I’ve actually loved this one! The HIIT, kettlebells, and kickboxing classes are challenging, but accessible. The instructors take tremendous care to help train and engage newcomers (safety first), but push participants as strength grows. I’ve noticed a real difference in my overall strength. Natan is an incredible instructor with a wealth of knowledge. His classes are always varied, fun and challenging, with a strong focus on form and functionality. I started kettlebells with him 2 years back (with no prior strength training experience) and am so much stronger in my body. Great local gym and dojo for kids and adults. The instructors are very knowledgeable and inspiring. I’ve never enjoyed group gym “classes” and have always preferred to just work out on my own but their classes are almost addictive, very fun and extremely challenging.
